The Blue star, 45, revealed their baby joy on his Instagram page on Tuesday, as he told fans they were in a ‘perfect bubble’ after welcoming their first child together.

Alongside a black and white image, the singer, who is already father to daughter Alanah, 24, wrote: ‘We’re so blessed to announce we have a new arrival.

‘Our baby is doing well, Mummy is in recovery and Daddy is rushed off his feet!’

He went on to add: ‘We want to be honest and let you know we’re in our perfect bubble – our pregnancy reveal was with @hellomag and you will finally get to meet our bundle of joy through them too!

‘We can’t wait to introduce you to the most perfect baby. We’re so in love. Thank you so much for all your support – it means the world. The Webbes xxx’

Simon’s Blue bandmate Antony Costa was among the first to post his congratulations in the comments section of the post.

He wrote: ‘Congratulations to you both… can’t wait to meet your new arrival. I think I’ll be the better uncle out of the lads x [blue heart emojis].

While Simon didn’t reveal the the gender of their newborn, Antony’s colour of emoji choice may hint that the couple have welcomed a little boy.

Meanwhile, Love Island star Joanna Chimonides said: ‘WOOOOOOP. So happy.’

In January, Simon announced he and his wife were expecting a baby after two miscarriages.

He revealed the talent manger, 41, fell pregnant ‘immediately’ after they decided to take a break from family planning, enthusing: ‘Our baby was made out of love with no pressure.’

The musician and his long-term partner were left ‘devastated’ when they suffered their first loss in February 2019, and went through the same heartbreaking experience a year later.

On prioritising his personal life, the All Rise hitmaker said in this week’s HELLO! magazine: ‘For the last 20 years I’ve been gallivanting all over the world. But now I’ll be concentrating on what’s important, and that’s family.

‘I want to be that solid, strong guy for Ayshen and our baby. Whenever I touch Ayshen’s tummy, the baby moves, as if it knows it’s me. I whisper, ”You’re going to be loved so much and I can’t wait to meet you”.’

The media personality also reflected on the couple’s devastating miscarriages, which took place shortly after they tied the knot in August 2018.

Simon added: ‘We were devastated as we said our goodbyes. Nobody talks much about miscarriage and the physical and emotional effects it has. When it happened for the second time a year later, we went through the pain again.’

They wed in an intimate ceremony at the Corinthia Hotel London, with Blue members Lee Ryan, 37, Antony Costa, 39 and Duncan James, 42, serenading guests with a medley of the band’s greatest hits.

The rapper popped the question to Ayshen during a Jamaican getaway on Valentine’s Day in 2017, following a three-year relationship.

They met at a celebrity football match years ago but Ayshen – who was in band Fe-Nix at the time – had a boyfriend at the time.

Over ten years, the two continually crossed paths and Simon slowly carried out his mission to convince her that he was The One.

In an interview with Closer Magazine at the time, the businessman revealed he wanted to keep his wedding private and banned phones from the event.

He said: ‘I’ve banned anyone from having a phone at my upcoming wedding. I want it to be an intimate, private occasion, and the same goes for my stag do.

‘At the age of 40, I have no desire to have some stripper gyrating in front of me. I want a much classier affair and I’m calling it the groom’s party.

‘It will consist of my brother, my boys – all of Blue – and my manager, and we’ll all have a nice dinner together.’

In August 2019, Simon was hit by claims he cheated on Ayshen with a blonde mother-of-two just days before he celebrated his first wedding anniversary.

The Sun reported that The Truth About Love actor was believed to have approached Amy Asher, 32, while on a cruise ship around the Norwegian Fjords where he had been performing with Gareth Gates.

The Lay Your Hands musician hasn’t publicly responded to the allegation, and MailOnline contacted his representatives at the time of publication.

The I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star – who appears to be stronger than ever with Ayshen – has a history of failed relationships, including his romances with shop assistant and Alanah’s mother Nicola Jones, and glamour model Natalie Denning.

He and Natalie split when Simon was caught cheating on her with TV presenter Stacey McIntosh back in 2004. He also dated X Factor star Layla Manoochenri and model Maria Kouka.
