The US wants China to participate more in international climate funds, said FRANCE 24’s correspondent in Beijing, China Yena Lee, “but Beijing has its own grievances as well, notably US tarifs on Chinese solar panels as well as US taxes on steel and aluminium. These are issues unlikely to change with John Kerry’s visit,” she added.
