At the Oriental Equestrian Club in Beijing, 14-year-old Victor Liu is riding horses. For him, it is an activity that has helped to change his life. Like other young people with autism in China, Victor has been helped by a charity called Horses Offering People Enrichment (HOPE). It tries to help people with special needs, touts the mental health benefits of equestrian activities, and counters a lack of support for people with autism.
